**4 Month Co-op**
**Location: 500 Lake Shore Boulevard West Toronto**
**January 5 - April 24, 2026**
**Role Overview**:
As a Co-op Student in Credit Risk, Process Effectiveness, you will support strategic projects and process improvement initiatives within Credit Risk functions. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to operationalize credit risk strategies, promote control assurance, and help maintain process quality across the account lifecycle while learning from experienced professionals and gain valuable skills for your future career. PC Bank is a fast-paced and collaborative team environment that build strong foundation for a successful career in risk management or financial services.
**What you’ll Do**:
- Assist in managing Credit Risk projects and initiatives by helping prepare project plans, timelines, collaborate with other teams to build process flows, and presentation decks for a director audience.
- Help transition project-built knowledge into operational-use documentation for end-users.
- Work with the Credit Risk team to support the implementation of initiatives that balance operational efficiency, customer experience and cost.
- Have the opportunity to be updated on industry best practices and developments in credit risk and process effectiveness.
**What you bring**:
- Working towards a University Degree in a quantitative field, Business, IT-adjacent, or related discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Interest in financial services, vendor management, credit risk, or process assurance is an asset.
- Interest in project management is an asset. Visio proficiency is a nice-to-have.
- Previous experience with documentation, process mapping, or project coordination is an asset but not required.
