We also provide comprehensive training and raises related to mastery of skills. - Position Requirements_ - Greet customers with a friendly smile and warm welcome - Be knowledgeable regarding the car wash operations and wash options to be able to assist customers - Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions - Guide cars into the wash with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanour - Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending them through the wash - Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them daily as needed - Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on car wash equipment as directed and trained - Maintain external vacuum centre - Ensure the entire property and facility is kept clean, maintained, organized and secure - Pressure washing, minor repair, overall general cleaning of wash tunnel - Exceed customer expectations, always. Working Conditions - The Crew is required to work a flexible schedule (inside and outside in all weather) - where shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekends. - A positive, friendly attitude - Develop, foster, and promote a safe environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction above all else - Actively promote and sell car washes and monthly memberships - Exceptionally reliable - Energetic, self-starter for a face-paced environment - Team player that is customer-focused - Ensure the entire property and facility is kept clean, maintained, organized - Comfortable with technology - Exceed customer expectations, always **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 20 - 25 per week **Salary**: From $16.00 per hour Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Holidays - Monday to Friday - On call - Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: - St. Albert, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
