As the BI Analyst, you will be part of a Metrics and Data Modeling team who supports the delivery of strategic initiatives. This role leverages the technical analytical skillset and works with senior & leadership teams, getting into the detail of requirements and executing on effective solutions. They will utilize business knowledge & skills to help senior team members ensure success in decision making and draw insights from data visualized.

A Day in the Life
- Work across global Operations business units in partnership with business and IT to manage and establishing business intelligence tools to monitor & enhance financial, operational, and customer experience performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in identifying and developing business solutions, using queries, analytical and UX tools.
- Analyze data and provide trending, insights & predictive analytics
- Drive small to medium-scale projects within the organization.
- Responsible to meet all deadlines, deliverables, and ensure open lines of communication throughout the operations organization.
- Help to manage multiple projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance ensuring timely completion of projects and appropriate reporting
- Occasionally prepare clear and concise high-level PowerPoint presentations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field of study
- Experienced user in PowerBI (or equivalent Business Intelligence platform), SQL, Visual Studio, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The ability to engage with others is essential as the role will frequently involve investigating processes
- Excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Prior experience with dashboard creation and writing SQL queries is preferred
- Knowledge of DAX, C#, SSIS, Python, SAS, and/or Visual Basics for Application will be a plus, as is experience in database design/architecture and/or ETL
- Demonstrated evidence of and proven analytical and problem-solving capability; including ability to analyze process changes from the business perspective
