As an Intake Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for people trying to sort their legal matters. Responsibilities will include:
1. Client Intake:

- Receive and manage inquiries from individuals seeking legal assistance.
- Conduct initial assessments to determine eligibility for services.

2. Information Gathering:

- Collect relevant information from clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized and confidential client records.

3. Referral and Triage:

- Determine the nature and urgency of legal issues.
- Refer clients to appropriate legal professionals within the organization or external partners.

3. Communication:

- Communicate with clients in a clear and empathetic manner, explaining the legal process and providing necessary information.

4. Data Entry:

- Enter client information into the case management system accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Generate reports and statistics related to client intake as needed.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with legal professionals, administrative staff, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

- Post secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
