**Summary**

We are currently seeking a Shop Hand / Paint Prep team member to join our manufacturing facility in Bracebridge, Ontario. In this role, you will be essential in preparing surfaces for painting, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our standards of excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Ensure all materials are ready for the painting process according to specifications.
- Assist in mixing paint and other materials as directed by the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during the preparation process.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or paint preparation environment is an asset.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:
