Clinic Experience Coordinator

The Functional Approach is a new health and rehabilitation clinic in Simcoe, Ontario. We are aimed at empowering patients to own their movement and in turn regain control over their health.
We are looking for a part time Clinic Experience Coordinator to join our growing team who has a passion for health care and excellent patient communication. We offer competitive compensation for our staff due to the excellent quality of service we are confident that they deliver. Our team is enthusiastic, with a great patient population, and a new and modern office to work in. Our clinic also offers:
- On-site parking
- Accessible for all demographics
- Opportunity to grow within the clinic including potential for full-time and managerial
roles
Duties include:
- Welcome and greet patients
- Verifying patient information and ensuring up-to-date patient records
- Patient Scheduling/Rescheduling
- Processing payments and billing insurance companies
- Photocopying, faxing, scanning
- Managing the office flow by being aware of patient arrivals and delays while
communicating with the staff
- Light cleaning duties
A successful applicant must have:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Great time management skills
- Willing to learn and accommodate when needed
- Experience with MVA and WSIB cases is an asset
- Afternoon/evening availability is an asset
