We are seeking a confident and energetic **Door-to-Door Sales & Marketing Representative** to promote our cleaning services directly to homeowners and local businesses. This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential — the more you sell, the more you earn

**Responsibilities**:

- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods or areas to promote our cleaning services.
- Educate potential customers about our cleaning packages and special offers.
- Provide quotes and close deals on the spot or follow up as needed.
- Track leads, appointments, and sales in an organized manner.
- Represent the GnR brand with professionalism, honesty, and enthusiasm.

**What We Offer**:

- **Commission-based pay**: 12%-20% per sale depending on performance and package sold.
- Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time).

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking to new people.
- Sales experience is an asset.
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Access to transportation is a plus.
