Windows administration supporting and deploying Microsoft Windows servers 2016, 2019
Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Windows networking, DHCP, DNS, and GPOs
Provide superior Customer Support to Corporate Executives and Staff
Support and maintain all endpoint hardware, software, printers, and servers
Share in administering M365 environment
Keep desktop operating system and BIOS firmware patched using an automated patch management system, verify logs for outdated systems
Provide Active Directory support creating users, groups, password changes, provide user data access requests as required
Provide support for file and print services
Manage, administer, and upgrade specific IT systems such as End Point Security, Collaboration and Communication systems, Enterprise Software
Maintain standard laptop and desktop configuration detail, update deployment software for AAD based systems and images for AD based systems, utilizing current Intune Autopilot, and Acronis imaging solutions respectively
Assist in completion of special projects, both dedicated or team efforts, as directed
Provide end-user hardware, software, and network access support with an emphasis on customer service and formulation of effective and efficient solutions.
Monitor data center health using pre-existing management tools and respond to hardware issues as they arise; help build, test, and maintain servers as needed.
Purchase software and hardware in coordination with Department head and pertinent department heads
Roll out hardware and software (including license management) in coordination with department heads to ensure optimal deployment of resources
Perform routine/scheduled audits of systems (including all backups), hardware, and software
Help maintain efficient and dependable IT infrastructure to ensure its always up and running
Regularly review project status, current activities, and achievements with team
Develop and document/source technical tools and procedures
Other IT-related duties as assigned
2+ year Post Secondary Diploma in an IT Administration/Technician discipline
1+ years Windows Server administration experience
3+ years IT helpdesk experience
2+ years M365 and Azure Active Directory experience
2+ years deploying and managing Windows OS
2+ years backup management
Microsoft systems certification highly desirable
Proven IT work experience and requisite internal customer service skills
Knowledge of MDM solutions
Solid knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, GPO's
Experience with scripting in PowerShell
Exceptional customer service skills
Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD)
Microsoft Endpoint Management
Office/Microsoft 365
SharePoint/Teams
MDM/ABM/Android Enterprise
Solid understanding of networking/security dynamics, protocols, and components
Experience with ticketing and documentation systems
Experience with remote management solutions
Must be a self-starter with a burning desire to excel, working outside of normal business hours as required to complete assigned tasks, your time will be accounted for by pay or flex time, but we need this availability for this key role
Requires excellent communication skills, analytical ability, sound judgment, and excellent time management skills
Must possess the ability to work effectively with staff, IT management, managers from all departments and vendors
Superior troubleshooting skills
Ability to work with time-critical deadlines and always push to exceed expectations
Engaging individual, who listens well, is responsive, solutions focused, and results oriented
Superb at managing time, prioritizing work, and providing timely responses to stakeholders
English language fluency (both spoken and written) with the ability to concisely communicate instruction to staff members, document and file reports
**Salary**: $39,742.02-$75,620.27 per year
