We're looking for a **Virtual Marketing & Social Media Assistant** who can help us deepen our online presence, nurture industry relationships, and support our marketing efforts across digital platforms. If you're highly organized, creative, and genuinely enjoy engaging with people online, this could be your next meaningful opportunity.
This is a remote, part-time role with long-term growth potential. You'll start by supporting digital engagement and social media outreach and may grow into content creation, analytics, and marketing coordination.
**Responsibilities**
- Research and follow relevant architects, designers, and builders across Ontario
- Engage with industry professionals daily on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (likes, comments, DMs)
- Create and schedule social media content in alignment with our brand voice and visual style
- Use Canva to design branded, professional graphics for posts and stories
- Monitor and track account growth, engagement trends, and outreach activities
- Assist with managing and reviewing our Google Ads account, tracking performance using Google Analytics
- Support blog/content updates in WordPress (basic familiarity preferred)
- Coordinate with local photographers, content providers, and internal team to align strategy
- Work within our CRM (GoHighLevel) to track leads, nurture contacts, and support campaign execution
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience managing or supporting social media and/or digital marketing
- Strong written English and a warm, human tone in online communication
- Experience with Canva, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
- Familiarity with WordPress and CRM tools (experience with GoHighLevel is a plus)
- Understanding of social media etiquette, engagement tactics, and platform-specific strategies
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Background in homebuilding, interior design, or lifestyle branding is a plus
- Reliable internet and ability to attend check-ins during Eastern Time (ET) hours

**Compensation & Benefits**
