**About Us**:
AITHR brings SPEED and CONVENIENCE to subprime vehicle sales
Based in Calgary, AB, AITHR Automotive Intelligence’s mission is to streamline and improve the traditional car selling process.
With 152 combined years in the car sales industry, our team has experienced first-hand the frustrations associated with traditional subprime and used car sales. We knew there had to be a better way.
We created AITHRX software to solve the pain points associated with subprime automotive sales and AITHR HUB to bring a deeper, dealership inventory pool to our clients.
AITHR is looking to bring on a talented, driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote position that can be performed from anywhere in the _**Okanagan BC, preferably living in Kamloops or Kelowna.**_
**Responsibilities**:
- Presenting and selling AITHRX software, outsourced financing through our company Cars Without Credit, AITHR HUB, etc., with the ability to help clients close more deals.
- Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling.
- Present demo of product to prospective clients in person or virtually.
- Own the sales cycle, from lead generation to close.
- Manage and maintain all accounts generated by providing excellent customer service and regular follow ups.
- Ultimately, ensure our AITHRX users convert to subscribers for AITHRX; and that our customers remain happy and loyal subscribers (no churn).
**Qualifications**:
- Automotive experience - preferred.
- Account Management experience - asset.
- Subprime knowledge - preferred.
- Sales experience and knowledge.
- Lead generation experience (cold calls, face to face, virtual).
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Okanagan and Kootenays
- Must have a vehicle and laptop.
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
