You shall ensure the timely readiness of a consistently high-quality service is provided by staff in an atmosphere that stimulates guest satisfaction **Job Requirements** - Must be Smart Serve certified - Effectively promote and work in a group environment - Train and develop servers while instilling a guest service attitude in all employees using a "hands-on" approach to management - Closely monitor guests dining experiences and ensure team members are meeting Member and guest needs and expectations - Excellent leadership, communication, organizational skills - Excellent listening skills and creative problem-solving skills - Enforce all Health & Safety policies, Club policy and dining room / service procedures & standards, alcohol serving policy - A minimum of two years experience in a similar position. - Self motivated, innovative problem solver, with proven leadership and communication skills. - Experience in a private club setting considered an asset. **Working Conditions**: - Standing for extended periods, walking. - Frequently assigned to changing priorities. - Varying work schedule to include mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business dictates Schedule: - 8 hour shift
