**Job Title: Baseball Coach**

**About Ontario Prospects Baseball Club**: Ontario Prospects Baseball Club (OPBC) is a leading baseball organization dedicated to the development and advancement of young athletes. We focus on providing top-notch training, coaching, and exposure to help our players succeed at various levels of the game.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one baseball lessons, emphasizing both pitching and hitting techniques.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance players' skills and performance.
- Lead and assist in organizing baseball camps, ensuring a positive and educational experience for participants.
- Actively participate in team practices, providing guidance and support to players.
- Assist in Junior Prospects sessions, fostering a positive learning environment for young athletes.
- Collaborate with coaching staff to create and execute training plans aligned with OPBC's development goals.
- Provide constructive feedback to players and parents, promoting continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in baseball coaching and integrate them into training sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- College or professional baseball experience.
- Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals, particularly in pitching and hitting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Passion for mentoring and developing young athletes.
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective training programs.
