We are seeking and willing to train applicants with little to no experience for a **Drone Pilot and Operations Team Member position**. This position, based out of Calgary, AB requires a team player who is eager to learn new technologies and willing to deploy in various environments to support provincial, regional, national, and international operations to train for drone operations. This is a term position starting as soon as possible.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Learn to operate and manually pilot drones in diverse settings, ensuring mission success.
- Coordinate effectively with on-site and remote teams.
- Learn to conduct safety inspections to verify and maintain drone airworthiness.
- Learn to and assist with deployment, setup, and real-time operational tasks.
- Learn to appropriately respond to emergency situations, taking control of the drones as needed.

**Position Requirements**
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Security clearance may be required.
- Must have a clean background history and obtain criminal record check.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with regular access to a personal vehicle.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, where shifts may occur at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Capable of performing under high-stress conditions and in varying weather environments.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Aviation background an asset, additional training to be provided by Company.
- Military background or experience in heavy industries (e.g., oil and gas, forestry).
- Safety certifications such as H2S Alive, WHMIS, and First Aid.
