**Summary**

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Turtle Jack’s Muskoka Grill, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service in a warm and inviting environment. Located in Canada, this position is key to supporting the restaurant's operations and enhancing the overall dining experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure smooth service.
- Supervise staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support the implementation of promotional activities to enhance sales.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficient in POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff.

Pay: $41,124.20-$52,279.74 per year
