**TAX ANALYST**:

**Your tasks at a glance**:
- You are reporting to the Director of Taxation and assist in all tax related functions, primarily income, sales, transfer pricing and SALT taxes in both Canadian and US jurisdictions.
- You assist in the preparation and filing of Canadian tax returns (T2, T-5013) including prescribed filings (T5, T-1134, T-106, NR-4).
- You assist with the data compilation for the U.S. (Federal & State) tax returns (1120, 1065) including prescribed filings (1099) and with Indirect tax functions (sales tax, SALT).
- You contribute to the implementation of transfer pricing methodology.
- You evaluate and research potential tax incentives relevant to business activities.
- You assist with other tax compliance tasks such as calculation and monitoring of tax instalments, account reconciliations, review of notice of assessments or other correspondence issued by tax authorities.
- You assist with all Canadian and U.S. tax audits (income tax, indirect tax).
- You coordinate with internal and external resources (such as tax advisors and tax authorities) to ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- You contribute to the elaboration and implementation of the processes and procedures for the department.
**A clear view of your assets**:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
- You have two to four years of experience working in corporate taxation and/or similar tax-related functions.
- You have excellent communication skills in English et vous parlez également français.
- You are an analytical thinker, meticulous, detail oriented.
- You are proficient with Tax Prep, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point).
