The Specialist, Systems Management BTS / BST is responsible for the installation, monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and the IT infrastructure of Bell Technical Solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation of operating systems and system upgrades (Windows and Linux);
- Analysis, research and resolution of system problems;
- System configuration, optimization and monitoring;
- System backup and restore;
- Complete server management;
- Prepare and analyze reports, as well as draft documents;
- Interact with technicians, cable workers, customers, managers and service providers

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Diploma in computer science;
- In-depth knowledge of VMware, Windows, Linux, MS Exchange, SCCM, SCOM.
- Good knowledge of Active directory
- Minimum 5 years' experience;

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Microsoft and/or Linux certification an asset;
- Knowledge of VEEAM products an asset
- Bilingualism in spoken and written French and English; (an asset)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Autonomy, versatility and initiative;
- Ability to solve complex problems and work as part of a team;
- Excellent time management, independent, and self-taught.

**Work Conditions**:

- Variable working hours adjusted as needed;
- Overtime required on occasion;
- Availability for emergencies

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
