Locum Physician Opportunity - 1-2 Days/Week (or More)

Precision Medical Centre - Unit 104, 613 Longfields Drive, Ottawa, ON, K2J 6J2We are currently seeking a Locum Family Physician to join our friendly and professional team at Precision Medical Centre, located in the heart of Barrhaven. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking to cover 1-2 days per week, with the option for additional days based on availability.

About the Clinic:

- Modern facility with six fully equipped exam rooms and a procedure room.
- On-site lab room for bloodwork and cardio study.
- Technicians available for Holter, and Echo
- Oscar Pro EMR in place
- Fully staffed with experienced assistants, admin, lab technician and front-desk team
- Wheelchair accessible and designed for efficient patient flow
- High patient demand with booked and walk-in appointments available

**Requirements**:
CPSO Independent license to practice in Ontario

CMPA coverage Commitment to quality patient care

Comfortable with walk-in and/or family medicine

**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing and managing acute medical conditions.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure optimal treatment plans, including pain management and pediatric care.
- Conduct data collection and medication administration in accordance with established protocols.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and assist in research activities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all patient interactions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $176,505.00-$204,375.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
