Blackbird Baking Co is looking to hire a baker who is passionate about sourdough and whole grain breads. The position will be at our Riverside location at 635 Queen Street East.

Previous experience a plus but not required

Daily Tasks
- Mixing dough
- Following recipes and scaling out flour and other ingredients accurately
- Shaping baguettes and sourdough loaves
- Baking bread
- Daily cleaning duties
**Requirements**:

- Passion for bread baking
- Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team
- Available on weekends (if needed)
- Working very early morning or overnight shift
- Ability to lift at least 20kg
