Frenkel Tobin LLP is seeking an associate lawyer with 3 to 10 years of Ontario family law experience to join our growing team.
The associate will be responsible for client communication, preparing for and attending court, preparing for and attending mediations/arbitrations, and all aspects of their practice.
- Be familiar with relevant statutes and regulations, including the _Family Law Act_, _Children’s Law Reform Act_, _Child, Youth and Family Services Act_, _Family Law Rules_, and _Divorce Act._
- Have excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
We also require someone who is respectful to our clients, staff, opposing lawyers/parties, and anyone else they come into contact within the course of their work.
We require a well-rounded associate, who brings a unique and personal perspective to their practice.
