**Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Director to lead the academy’s football philosophy, coaching standards, and long-term player development model from U6 to U16.

**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement the Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) pathway for all age groups.
- Develop and update the training curriculum for all teams (U6-U16).
- Recruit, supervise, and evaluate coaching staff.
- Ensure alignment with national and international development standards (Canada Soccer, WHUF, UEFA models).
- Lead seasonal planning, trials, ID camps, and coach education.
- Monitor and report on player progression and team performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Canada Soccer B License (A License preferred or UEFA equivalent).
- 5+ years in a leadership or technical role within youth football.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of international player development trends and systems.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
