Tire Sorters/inspectors

**Position Overview**:
The wage for this position is $28.00/hr.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Inspect and sort incoming tires by type, size, and condition (e.g., snow, summer, MT, PT).- Identify and separate damaged, flat, or unusable tires from those in good condition.- Load and organize tires into trailers safely and efficiently.- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.- Report any safety or equipment issues to supervisors promptly.

**Qualifications**- 3-5 years experience working with tires or in a recycling/warehouse environment preferred.- Knowledge of tire types, tread patterns, and wear indicators.- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50+ lbs and working outdoors.- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
