ABB's Measurement & Analytics division is among the world's leading manufacturers and suppliers of smart instrumentation and analyzers. With thousands of experts around the world and high-performance digital technology, ABB's team is dedicated to making measurement easy for its industrial and energy customers to let them operate more efficiently and profitably. The customer service technician is based in the city of Québec (Qc, Canada). However, the nature of the position requires occasional travel both to clients (US and International) and to ABB's various offices.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Perform duties in accordance with the established standards, directives, work processes, policies, and procedures in place.
- Assist in customer service activities in metallurgy and metallography.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in meeting and exceeding the sales targets of the service department.

**Your background**:

- DCS in engineering physics or metallurgical engineering or other related disciplines.
- Knowledge of metallographic analysis is an asset.
- 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
- Excellent knowledge of English and French (written and spoken).
- Communication skills, dedicated to customer satisfaction, autonomy, focused on order and quality.
- Ability to adapt to the cultural and local realities of the countries visited.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Perseverance, initiative, autonomy, punctuality, and professionalism.
