Action Trailers is currently seeking an experienced full time Service Advisor assistant to join our team. Action Trailers is a family owned business that’s been serving Southern Ontario and beyond for nearly 20 years. We would prefer someone currently in the automotive/trailer industry, but preference will be given to someone with the right attitude that possesses the requirements below.

**Service Advisor**

The service advisor is the primary point of contact with customers and is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support while maintaining a courteous and respectful attitude in all:
**Job Duties**
- Responsible for the work order flow, from opening to closing the repair orders.
- Communicate with customers to provide work progress updates and follow up.
- Schedule service trucks and trailers to ensure they’re following the OEM maintenance schedule.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
- Report to Service Manager/Sr. Service Advisor with all on-going service department activity.
- Liaise with 3rd party repair facilities for occasional warranty related concerns.
- All other tasks requested or required by Service Management team.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year in Customer Service/advisor/coordinator, automotive or trailer repair experience an asset.
- Minimum Grade 12 education is required.
- CRM/DMS experience an asset.
- Ability to work independently, and in a diverse team.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and written.
- Able to work well under pressure with a strong attention to detail.
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally.

Our Service Department hours of operation are Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm.

This role has a starting wage of $19 per hour, there is an out of the box benefit package available after 3 months, as well as 10 company days off each year.

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
