**About the Role**

As our **Service Administrator**, you’ll be the go-to person for all customer service requests, from initial intake to case tracking and follow-up. You’ll support our technical service operations by organizing inbound service inquiries, maintaining clean documentation, and delivering timely updates to clients and internal teams.

This role is perfect for someone who’s **highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.**

**What You’ll Do**
- Receive, log, and assign service requests (warranty & non-warranty)
- Track service cases across **US & Canada**, ensuring timely updates
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with internal teams
- Communicate with customers regarding timelines, updates, and paperwork
- Keep service logs, reports, and documentation accurate and up-to-date
- Assist with service reporting for management
- Ensure documentation is accessible across departments

**What You Bring**
- **5-6 years** of experience in admin, service coordination, or customer support
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, team-based environment
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)**:

- Familiarity with CRMs or service ticketing systems is a plus
