**Company Overview**:
Crystal Cove Home Services Ltd, a leading home service company in HRM specializing in power washing, and window cleaning is expanding our services and looking for motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our energetic team.

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an enthusiast and results-driven Sales Representative to generate new business via door-to-door sales. In this role, you’ll lead with our window cleaning services and cross-sell our additional services like driveway sealing, gutter cleaning, and permanent LED lighting. You must be self-motivated and comfortable having face-to-face sales conversations. This position offers a competitive commission structure and bonus incentives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door sales and outbound prospecting within assigned territories
- Present our window cleaning service as the lead offering and upsell additional services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and decision-makers
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets
- Provide clear, accurate quotes and follow up on leads
- Report progress and sales activity to management daily

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic and goal orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Must be presentable, professional, and persuasive in sales pitches
- Must have own vehicle or way of getting around the HRM
- Work with a supportive, friendly team committed to having great culture

**1 year of door to door experience is preferred but not required.**

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Commission: Earn 25 % commission every job booked
- Daily Bonus: Receive a $100 daily bonus when sales targets are met
- Flexible schedule and the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions
- Ongoing training and support to help you succeed
- Earn $1,500 - $2,000 weekly
