To join CLEAResult as a Field Supervisor. In this role you will lead a team of 2-10 employees and subcontractors to help homeowners improve energy efficiency. Success in this role requires experience in project management, operations, and leading in-field teams to achieve program goals.

Supporting the Energy Assistance Program (EAP), you will directly impact low-income families by helping them save energy. The program provides free upgrades, from LED bulbs and smart thermostats to insulation, draft proofing, and health and safety improvements.

- Lead, train, and support a team of 2-10 field staff with technical expertise and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet program needs.
- Oversee processes to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Provide technical guidance on installation, configuration, and adaptations per client and manufacturer specifications.
- Offer real-time technical support to field staff in homes.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure compliance with program standards.
- Develop and deliver training for staff and subcontractors.
- Share project updates and insights with program staff and management.
- Identify and implement solutions to overcome challenges and achieve program goals.
- Assist in managing program and operational budgets.
- Collaborate with the Call Centre and Program Management Team for seamless program execution.
- 4+ years of industry or residential construction experience.
- 2-5 years of supervisory experience required.
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or Environmental Sciences preferred.
- Certified Energy Auditor certification is an asset.
- Experience inspecting insulation or home upgrades.
- Background in large residential energy efficiency programs.
- Experience with utility clients and customer-facing roles.
- Electrical experience is an asset.
- Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Willing to travel 20-25%.

**Targeted Compensation**:
$32-$35/h
