Provide positive and dynamic 5 STAR PAW service for our Pack and guests with a systems based approach.

**Room Attendants** at the Great Wolf Lodge have a tremendous opportunity to impact guest service and provide a memorable stay for families. While having fun with our guests, Room Attendants are responsible to clean guest rooms to a specified standard using the proper procedures and chemicals to ensure a clean room upon check-in and throughout our guests stay.

Scheduled shifts are **10am-5pm daily,** weekdays, weekends and holidays

**Duties**
- Willingness to accept the most effective role.
- Cleans guest rooms and guest areas, including: making beds; dusting and vacuuming; cleaning bathroom; replacing supplies; cleaning windows, mirrors, and patios.
- Maintains a stocked, organized, and clean cart with sufficient supplies.
- Assists House person, including delivering guest requests and pick up of guest items; Documents and secures lost and found items.

**Qualifications**
- Passion for cleanliness, hospitality and guest service.
- Good oral communication skills.
- Promotes team spirit and works collaboratively to achieve team goals.
- Training provided to successful applicants.

**Physical Requirements**
- Lift up to 30 lbs., move up to 100 lbs., bending, stretching, lifting
- Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours at a time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
