Russell, Canada Brix Cleaning Solutions Ltd. Full time

We are seeking a motivated individual to handle both cleaning duties for residential and commercial properties and manage contracts with clients and vendors. This role requires hands-on cleaning work as well as administrative oversight to ensure contracts are executed effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial sites, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation
- Manage contract documentation, renewals, and compliance tracking
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to address service needs and resolve issues
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Report on cleaning schedules and contract statuses to management

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cleaning or facility maintenance preferred
- Basic knowledge or experience in contract management or administrative tasks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Adequate cleaning resources to complete scheduled post construction clean
