**About this opportunity**:
The Scheduling Coordinator, reporting directly to the Administrative Team Lead or Manager of Operations, will work closely and collaboratively with referral sources, external assessors and other stakeholders as required to manage referrals through an effective and efficient process that results in appropriate access to care. The Scheduling Coordinator is accountable for ensuring a high quality of customer service that exceeds standards and expectations of CBI Health and stakeholders and ensure optimal, timely and accurate scheduling of all assessment services (and third party services as required) and communication of assessment details to referral sources.

**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**:

- Scheduling medical examinations for clients with appropriate medical assessors and clinics
- Distribution of appropriate correspondence to customers (insurance adjusters, clients, employers, etc.)
- Coordinating and confirming 3rd party services (ie. Transportation and Interpretation)
- Maintaining communication with parties as needed to inform and update
- Documenting all communication between parties and ensuring accuracy, consistency and comprehension
- Addressing queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding CanAssess services
- Responding to requests from lawyers, insurance adjusters and employers for medical legal reports and correspondences
- Providing a detailed account of workload on a monthly basis to CanAssess manager

**What you need to be successful**:

- Experience in a scheduling role, or another role, at an IME company
- Proficiency in Word and Excel and an ability to quickly adapt to new processes and data management systems
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to navigate multiple systems and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- The ability to be a natural team player and contributor to team results and success
- Superior customer service skills that reflect sensitivity to the needs of all stakeholders (customers, assessors, claimants)
- All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemption
