**Job Description**:
Ensure training matrix is up to date, create a monthly training schedule, and support/guide supervisors on providing the training

Update employee STOP card and Field Level Risk Assessment inputs and compliance

Review HSE related KPI's in order to target areas of improvement

Ensure corporate and site specific programs and procedures are developed and implemented, such as industrial Hygiene monitoring programs

Liaise with plant staff on health, safety and environmental issues

Participate in monthly HSE Leads call to ensure the sites are informed of any changes required by Corporate HSE

Assist with Pandemic screening process and plan updates

Printing and marking of HSE testing, and ongoing updating of records

Weekly and monthly checks on safety equipment (eyewash stations, showers, etc.)

Be an active participant in the JHSC meetings

Other site duties may be assigned by the HSE Specialist
