**We are seeking an Industrial Sewer Machine Operator**

**What YOU will do**:

- Sew silicone edging onto fabric;
- Produce finished graphics;
- Activate sewing machine to join, gather, hem, reinforce, or finish vinyl, fabric banners and silicone edged graphics;
- Examine and measure finished articles to verify conformance to standards;
- Cut materials, according to specifications, or cut excess material or thread from finished product, using blade, scissors, or electric knife;
- Fold or fit together materials, such as fabric or vinyl to prepare for machine sewing;
- Mount attachments, such as needles, cutting blades, or pattern plates, and adjust machine guides according to specifications;
- Monitor machine operation to detect problems, such as defective stitching, breaks in thread, or machine malfunction;
- Troubleshoot problems as they arise.
- Assist and support with fabrication and assembly areas, when required.

**What YOU will possess**:

- Sewing experience on various industrial sewing machines;
- Ability to follow established patterns and specifications;
- Lifting and handling elements that can weigh up to 30 pounds each;
- Ability to stand for long periods of time;
- Willingness to learn and be flexible;
- Strong communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Proven attention to detail;
- Self-starter with willingness to do whatever is necessary to support the team.
