Introduction
We are seeking a Team Lead - PSE Project Management to join our professional services team. You will be responsible for overseeing the project management team to ensure the effective execution of projects and shutdowns. This role requires a keen focus on meeting contractual obligations and ensuring key performance targets in safety, quality, schedule, and budget are met. The Team Lead will oversee all ongoing projects, ensuring they adhere to industry best practices and company standards to ensure projects are completed on time. In this position, you will report to Manager, Professional Services.
This position is mainly located in Montreal, QC but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. The role will require 30% travel.

You will join a team of experienced project management professionals committed to delivering high-quality engineering solutions. We are focused on innovating and optimizing project workflows and aim to deliver in every project we undertake. We are currently developing advanced infrastructure projects and working on enhancing our project management methodologies.
We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as engineering teams and product managers, and external stakeholders, such as clients and vendors. Our team culture is all about collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The members in our team are located in various parts of Canada.
What You’ll Do
**Team Management**: Mentor, and support a team of project managers and promote a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
**Project Execution & Oversight**: Oversee the effective delivery of multiple projects while monitoring project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
**Client Relationship Management**: Serve as the primary point of escalation for clients and collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and expectations.
**Strategic Planning & Process Improvement**: Contribute to the development of project management processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
**Reporting & Documentation**: Provide regular project status reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
Who You Are
Fluent in English and French.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
Experience in supervising and developing teams.
A thorough understanding of project management methodologies.
Organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project and SAP.
Should possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport.
