We are looking for a results oriented **Baan ERP Business Systems Analyst** to support our fast paced, data driven company. The Baan Business System Analyst will be responsible for providing business leaders with timely, relevant financial and operational information while actively supporting the company’s IT systems. By working closely with department managers, this key position will understand the key drivers, deliver the tools necessary to measure performance, analyze gaps, and measure the impact of improvement.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with management to create, distribute and analyze operational and financial reports and metrics through queries, reports, programming changes, and detailed analysis.
- Provide intelligence, analysis and recommendations for process improvements. - Actively participate in continuous improvement projects by providing intelligence, analysis and recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain the company’s IT infrastructure through a combination of direct support as well as partner relationships. - Assist users in process documentation.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5 years of relevant experience in Baan ERP
- Preferred experience and knowledge of:

- Database querying
- Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a plus
- Manufacturing operations
- Baan administration and training
- Proficient with ERP Systems
- Experience with Crystal Reports is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical information for non-technical users
- Self-starter who will lead the process to resolve issues

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance
