**Maintenance**
- Maintenance Worker Responsibilities: _
- _Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment._
- _Performing preventative maintenance._
- _Handling basic repairs and maintenance._
- _Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary._
- _Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them._
- _Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary._
- Maintenance Worker Requirements: _
- _Proven maintenance experience._
- _High school diploma or general education degree (GED)._
- _Skilled in the use of hand and power tools._
- _Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches._
- _Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices._
- _Experience performing routine maintenance._
- _Strong organizational and follow up skills._
- _An eye for detail._
- _Professional presentation and attitude._
- _Ability to maintain focus while working individually._
- _Strong time management skills_

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour
