**Job description**

**Select Cannabis is a family owned and operated cannabis retailer located in Edmonton, AB.**

Responsibilities/Duties:

- Greeting customers with a positive attitude and assisting customers with the selection of products.
- Must be passionate/knowledgeable with cannabis products and accessories or willing to learn.
- Perform all duties within the governing rules of AGLC and store policies.
- Stay up to date with the newest products.
- Perform store duties such as operating the store POS (Point of Sale), cash handling, tracking inventory, cleanup and other store tasks.
- Must be able to work alone at times and with a team.
- Expected to come in on shifts on time.

Job Requirements:

- AGLC SellSafe & Qualified Cannabis Worker (QCW)
- Friendly, approachable, and helpful
- Previous cannabis retail experience is an asset but it is not necessary
- 18+ years old
- 1+ years of experience in a retail environment. Not required but preferred
- Able to work with team members and alone at times

Location: 8924 118 Ave NW, Edmonton, Alberta, **T5B 0T6**

Availability:

- Weekends
- Evening Shifts

**Job Type**: Part-time, Casual, Hours Range between 10-25 per week

**Salary**: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T5B 0T5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- SellSafe and QCW (required)
