**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Vice President Business Performance, the Business Analyst Commercial Performance is accountable driving business excellence by compiling, analyzing, interpreting and presenting insightful information with respect to pricing, sales and marketing programs, product innovation and margin management, that supports decision making and decision analysis at the Senior Management level.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Effectively manage price, sales programs and margin management to drive superior business results;
- Support marketing in developing/analyzing marketing programs and product innovation;
- Work with Sales/Marketing to develop pricing strategies and solve for inferior listings;
- Provide relevant business insights and knowledge to support sound decision making;
- Identify opportunities to improve/expand reporting to enable better business decisions to be made;
- Enhance, expand and maintain Product profitability reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Accounting designation with 3-5 years experiencing in Financial Analysis;
- Exposure to cost accounting in a Processing Environment, a must;
Completion or in the final stages of an Accounting designation program (CPA).
- Proficiency in MS Applications and VBA programming an asset;
- Experience with a Business Intelligence Software. Sales Analysis, an asset;
- Superior MS Excel Modelling Skills;
- Advanced capabilities and extensive experience with database functions;
- Extensive experience with look-up, reference and pivot table functions;
- Experience with statistical functions - e.g. regression analysis.
