We are seeking a service administrator for an ongoing opportunity within our Service Department

**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Service Manager, this highly capable individual will support all Sales team and Midland clients for all Service needs.
- Providing exceptional customer service to Midland’s clientele
- Supporting our Service Department by managing service request submissions (received via website and over the phone), and coordinating/following-up on service bookings (on behalf of clients) with our vendor partners
- Coordination of replacement part orders and applicable billing
- Preparation of paperwork for any manufacturer’ approved exchanges
- Proficiently handle and diffuse customer complaints
- Provide timely resolution for all client inquiries
- Cultivating relationships with customers, service and supplier partners
- General administrative duties as assigned

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Be passionate about customer service excellence
- Must have strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high volume, multi-demand environment
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English is required
- Must be punctual, and have a polished appearance
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous office experience in an administration role is required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
