Responsibilities:
The Britannia - is a 21 storey, 210 unit, high rise residential condominium building located in West Ottawa near Britannia Beech with an indoor swimming pool and other indoor and outdoor amenities.

**Job Performance Abilities**:
Possess a general understanding of plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems in high-rise buildings;
Ability to make minor repairs and adjustments to a high-rise building’s as directed by the Superintendent
- Supervisor;
Physically fit and able to lift safely up to 45 kg;
Experience operating equipment including: emergency generators, industrial vacuum cleaners, power sweepers, ladders, carpet & upholstery cleaning machines, floor polishing machines, waxing, power tools, garbage bin movers and, snow removal equipment. eg. snow blower

Knowledge of Fire Plan and Workplace Safety Programs, preventive maintenance techniques and swimming pool/whirlpool maintenance

Familiarity with the Condominium Act, Declaration, By-Laws, and Rules is an asset.

Knowledge of privacy law and practices

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- property maintenance: 3 years (preferred)
