ChathamKent, Canada 401 TRUCKSOURCE INC. Full time

Setting, confirming and preparing appointments with customers.
- Producing repair orders for customers with transparency including cost and time estimates.
- Communicating frequently with Technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion.
- Determining commercial vehicle needs based on information and vehicle walk around.
- Ability to work in fast-pace environment.
- Follow up with customers on the status of repair

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum one year Service Advisor experience preferred
- Must be very computer literate & proficient (Google Cloud, MS Excel, MS Word)
- Must have exceptional organizational skills
- Highly motivated individual who is geared towards customer satisfaction
- High sense of urgency to help things come together quickly
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills (essential)
- Clean driving record
- Hours would be Monday to Friday: from about 9:30am to 6:00pm
