**Join our team**We have a position available for individuals with an excellent work ethic, enthusiastic personality, and a strong sense of what giving excellent customer service entails.

**IYC provides the highest level of service to our members while enhancing their stay on the island. Providing full in-house dining in our award-winning clubhouse, outdoor dining on our waterside patio, poolside drinks and snacks, and takeout.**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction
- Must have knowledge on creating and crafting cocktails
- Must have basic wine knowledge and ability to execute wine service
- Make recommendations or provide information upon request
- Take and serve food/drinks orders and ability to up-sell
- Maintain organized bar area and assist team members as needed
- Check for quality and correct any problems that keep them from enjoying their meal/drink
- Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
- Be available throughout the week and weekends as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Server
- Wine, Beer, and Cocktail knowledge
- Smart Serve Certified
- Basic point of sale system knowledge.
- **Volanté POS** experience will be considered a plus
- Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Service orientation and excellent organizational skills
- Hands on experience with cash, debit and credit payment process
- Active listening and effective communication competencies
- Good physical condition

**SCHEDULE**:

- Position requires a flexible work schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Work Week Schedule - To be discussed during the interview

**OTHERS**:
