**Responsibilities**:

- Academic Leadership: Collaborate with the Principal and staff to develop and implement innovative educational programs and initiatives that promote student engagement, academic excellence, and holistic growth.
- Curriculum Development: Work closely with teachers to review and refine curriculum standards, instructional strategies, and assessment practices to ensure alignment with educational goals and objectives.
- Professional Development: Facilitate professional learning opportunities for staff to enhance their teaching practices, instructional methodologies, and classroom management techniques.
- School Operations: Manage day-to-day school operations, including scheduling, student discipline, facilities management, and safety protocols, to ensure a safe, orderly, and conducive learning environment.
- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders to promote open communication, collaboration, and partnership in support of student success.
- Catholic Identity: Uphold and promote the Catholic faith and values within the school community, nurturing students' spiritual growth and fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and service.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or working towards the completion of
- Valid teaching certification and/or working towards the Leadership Qualifications Certificate
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with demonstrated leadership experience in an educational setting
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to Catholic education and the mission of Living Waters Catholic School Division
