Perform simple maintenance and cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, restaurants and grounds of the hotel.

**Responsibiliies**
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC

repairs
- Conduct inspections and identify potential issues or hazards
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and machinery
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for larger repair projects
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

**Skills**
- Strong technical skills in various areas of maintenance, including plumbing,

electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with team members, contractors, and customers
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
