Instrumentation Technician

- We are looking for an experienced, safety conscious Instrumentation and Control Technician to join our Burnaby team.

**What would you be doing?**
- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain process instrumentation, communication networks, and control equipment, including flow computers, tank gauging systems, custody transfer metering, and associated equipment.
- Analyze and interpret information from SCADA, LOI displays, and P&ID drawings to ensure safe facility operations.
- Support programming and troubleshooting of Local Operator Interfaces and Programmable Logic Controllers.
- Utilize pneumatic, electrical, and electronic testing devices to inspect, test, and diagnose instrument and system operation, and conduct necessary repairs or replacements for system components.
**Does this sound like you?**- Have a Journeyperson or Instrumentation Certificate.
- Have high regard for personal safety and the safety of company assets and employees.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
- Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shovelling, bending, twisting, etc.
