**Your day at Trim Landscaping**

You are experienced in Concrete and looking to grow and be a part of moving a business forward. You are trustworthy so that you can take on tasks and projects within your team with limited supervision. You are able to solve problems and willing to make a decision even if it’s a mistake so you can grow and learn. You are willing to work outside of your everyday tasks and do what needs to be done to get the job done

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate concrete projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Supervise and lead a team of concrete workers, providing guidance, instruction, and support as needed.
- Plan and schedule project tasks, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure project goals are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to effectively execute project plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment for the team.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to identify and address any issues or risks.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
- Assist in training and mentoring new employees, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Maintain accurate project records, including daily progress reports, materials used, and labor hours.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience working with concrete, including formwork, pouring, and finishing.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, with the ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities and make quick decisions when needed.
- Valid driver's license.
