**About Clearoute**: Clearoute is seeking a skilled and motivated Videographer and Video Editor to join our growing team. We are a dynamic organization involved in multiple industries, including nonprofit, e-commerce, real estate, and more. Since our founding in 1999, we have expanded significantly in size and scope, and we value creativity, collaboration, and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience working as a one-person production crew who can both shoot and edit high-quality content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a one-person production crew, capable of shooting and editing your own content.
- Edit video clips for use on social media platforms, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Create short videos to highlight, recap, and promote various initiatives and events.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director on high-end video projects.
- Work directly with clients and team members to deliver casual and professional video content.
- Develop high-quality concepts with mínimal instruction and work autonomously.
- Manage timelines, prioritize workload, and ask for direction when needed.
- Assist the team in developing and executing communications plans.
- Optimize graphics and video content for social media and other platforms.
- Maintain and organize video and graphics files, and help archive existing content.
- Provide technical support for video and design-related efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working as a videographer and editor, ideally as a one-person production crew.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Minimum 3 years of related professional experience in a production environment.
- Demonstrated experience producing content for YouTube, Vimeo, or other online platforms.
- Strong visual communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas through video.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with Muslim or Middle Eastern cultures.
- Fluency in Arabic or Urdu is a significant plus.
- Degree in communications, filmmaking, marketing, graphic design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with multi-camera editing.
- Skills in Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office are a plus.
- Access to a car and personal video production equipment is an advantage.
