We are looking for a motivated and technically minded **Inside Sales Representative** to join our growing team.

**Position Overview**:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while providing knowledgeable advice on power tools, construction equipment, and related accessories. You are not just processing transactions — you are building relationships and helping customers find the right solutions for their projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage customers in a consultative sales process to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of power tools, accessories, and equipment (Milwaukee, DeWALT, Makita, Metabo HPT, etc.).
- Create and process sales orders, quotations, and special orders accurately.
- Support merchandising, inventory management, and showroom presentation.
- Stay current on new product lines, promotions, and technical specifications.
- Contribute to a high-performance sales environment focused on exceeding customer expectations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or inside sales, preferably in power tools, industrial equipment, hardware, or construction supplies.
- Strong product knowledge of contractor-grade tools is a major asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical retail environment.
- Professional communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using POS and inventory management systems.
- Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset (optional based on your location).

This is a _technical sales_ position focused on advising customers and building solutions — it is not a cashier or general retail clerk role.

Pay: $52,000.00-$77,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
