Founded in 1978, _All Weather Windows_ operates Customer Solution Centres across Western Canada with manufacturing plants headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta. We are currently seeking a **Service Technician II **to join our **Winnipeg** Team.

The **Service Technician II** is responsible for making local and out of town service calls to do on-site repairs, completing paperwork in customers’ homes on All Weather Windows products (windows and doors) and may need to operate a company truck.

Responsibilities will include: *
- Installation and repair of windows, doors and glass in homes and businesses including glazing
- Assist on-site repair of product and installation of Glass and site glazing
- Replacing sealed units and door slabs, making screens, adjusting windows and doors, and replacing casings
- Performs heavy lifting of glass to complete site glazing
- Inspecting job sites, measuring sealed units and replacing capping and caulking
- Maintains detailed paperwork
- Handles on-site problems as they occur
- Represent All Weather Windows in professional and courteous manner
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations
- Perform in shop service work
- Shipping and Receiving in Service
- Performing other duties as required

Primary Qualifications Required: *
- 1-3 years’ experience in a related and/or similar role
- Experienced technician with in-depth product knowledge preferred
- Mechanical aptitude, skill and experience with hand tools
- Good customer relations, written and verbal communication skills
- Innovative and problem-solving skills
- Mechanically inclined and able to work on scaffolding at heights over 12 feet
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Must be a team player and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Flexible and adaptable in any situation
- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision
- Position will require working overtime and short notice
- Travel may be required
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and acceptable Driver’s Abstract
- Must pass pre-employment Drug & Alcohol Testing

- Monday - Friday, some overtime may be required
