**Skilled Concrete Carpenters**
Penn-co Construction is a leading construction company currently looking for hardworking and dependable **Concrete Carpenters** to join our construction team. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship and want to be part of a company that values safety, integrity, and skill, this is the opportunity for you.
**Job Duties**
- Set up and prepare concrete forms accurately to support scheduled pours
- Install and secure rebar or wire mesh to reinforce concrete structures
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete, ensuring surfaces meet quality and durability standards
- Spread, level, and smooth concrete using hand tools, screeds, and power trowels
- Maintain a safe and organized worksite by strictly following all safety procedures and regulations
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in layout of buildings, including anchor bolt patterns and structural alignment
- Familiarity with a variety of formwork systems (conventional, panelized, engineered, etc.)
- Proficient in placing and finishing concrete, including hand finishing and power troweling techniques
- Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and construction documents
- Strong knowledge of constructing footings on challenging terrain, including bedrock
- Must be willing and able to travel to remote project locations
Rotational schedules may include:
- **5 days on, 2 days off**
- **10 days on, 4 days off**
- **15 days on, 6 days off**

Pay: $33.83-$45.22 per hour
