As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Security Technician to join our dynamic team.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including CCTV cameras, alarm systems, access control systems, and intercoms.
- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshoot security equipment issues on-site and remotely.
- Test security systems and ensure they are fully operational.
- Provide technical support and training to clients on how to use their security systems effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and repairs.
- Respond promptly to service requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest security technology trends and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and report technical issues to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Security Technician or similar role in the security industry.
- Strong knowledge of security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.).
- Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with networked systems and IP-based security systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Certification in security systems (e.g., NICET, NBFAA, etc.) is preferred but not required.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
