Foh Supervisor

This position offers a mix of serving and supervising shifts. Serving experience required. Knowledge of local craft beer an asset.

Servers will be responsible for serving a section; paying close attention to steps of service and the needs of guests; maintaining a thorough knowledge of food and drink menus, including daily features; thoroughly completing cleaning duties; working as a part of a team.

Additional Responsibilities during Supervising shifts:

- Managing FOH Staff, taking a smaller section or hosting to ensure the ability to support serving staff and oversee service, cutting staff as service slows down to maintain labour targets
- Using the POS System to create or change menu items and update counts on items
- Changing kegs and updating chalkboard beer menus to reflect any changes in the rotational draft list, taking empty kegs to lock-up at end of shift
- Problem solving and finding solutions to handle customer complaints and any other issues
- Completing daily tasks such as stocking liquor and wine
- Closing out Daily Sales numbers at end of night by inputting data from reports, recording staff hours, filing paperwork, handling cash; turning off lights, locking doors, and setting alarms at end of night

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
